Eternal Bloom: Dark Garden - A Pintopia Project

Hello Everyone!

There was an issue that came up after the end of the campaign where backers who backed the 3+ projects under the themed banner were not receiving the respective Bloom & Burrow mini pins from each creator in their survey incentives. Since this issue affected multiple projects, I contacted Backerkit to look into this issue. They were able to identify the outliers that weren't included and make a list of who was left out so I could add the incentive to those accounts.

This issue should be fixed and the Bloom & Burrow mini pin should pop up in your packing list if you qualify. I also make sure to cross check the associated incentive lists when it is time for packing, so this issue should be resolved.

In addition to this, I decided to include the Hellebore pin design as a design option since it was so close to unlocking. Art files have been sent to manufacturing and production should hopefully start soon!

Hello All!

Quick update to let you all know that there was an issue with some of the surveys where if you chose to get an additional 2/3/4 pins, it would not ask which designs you wanted to choose for each. This issue should be fixed and will ask which designs you want after the add-on is added to cart.

Since I wasn't able to add images to the questions, here are the current options you can choose from for this add-on:



If you had issues with this, you should be able to edit your survey to add them now!

Hello All!

A large majority of the Smoke Test surveys were completed without incident, so I have sent out all surveys! If you didn't get an email regarding your survey, you should be able to see it when you log in to Backerkit.

Via the survey, you can finalize your pledge, add anything else you'd like, input your shipping info, and pay tax & shipping. Filling out your surveys will help us gauge how many of each pin to order, so please get them in as soon as you can! Remember, if you don't fill out your survey then I can't send your items to you!

Hi Everyone!

Just a short update to let you know that Smoke Test surveys have been sent out!

These surveys are sent to a random selection of 5% of backers and are meant to identify any issues before surveys are sent to everyone. If you receive a survey, please fill it out ASAP and PLEASE report any problems to me immediately.

If any items are missing, shipping prices look incorrect, or you cannot choose an add-on you want, please let me know of any issues via email : [email protected]

Once these issues are identified and fixed, all surveys will be sent to all backers!

Hello Everyone!

I hope you all have had a great weekend! Since the end of the campaign, we unlocked all but one of the designs: Hellebore



There will still be a chance to unlock the this design during the survey where it will be an option to pledge toward this design as an unlockable item!

Most cards have already bee charged for the initial pledge and you will receive an email when your card charge is complete. A failed charge will result in you not receiving a survey and you will not receive your items.

The survey will take a few weeks to be sent out as I wait for cards to be charged and survey to be set up.
When the survey is sent you will be able to choose what pin designs you want and also add on other items!
